- Language Objectives: In this lesson, students will learn new vocabulary related to food and drinks in conjunction with the expressions ‘I want’ and ‘I would like’. The lesson will teach students how to order food politely using the modal verb ‘would’.
- Dialogue Story: When Freddie and Lisa are playing at the park, Lisa starts to get hungry. Freddie and Lisa go to a fast food restaurant to order food and begin to talk about the food they will order.
- Sentence Structures:
- I’m starving.
- Let’s get something to eat.
- What would you like to eat?
- I’d like an ice cream and a burger.
- I’d like a glass of coke, please.
